Coldworker - The Contaminated Void

The Contaminated Void provides listeners with an excessively brutal helping of death metal. Songs like The Interloper or A Custom Made Hell all include super heavy guitars, drumming, and pretty much everything. Long time fans of death metal should enjoy this band.

The downside is there isn't much variety to the tracks - one sounds like the other which in turn sounds like the following track. What Coldworker does, they do well, but unfortunately they also do it over and over again. By the time the end of the album is reached you almost breath a sign of relief. I find that in small doses (a few tracks) Coldworker is phenomenal. In a concentrated, sit down and listen session, the album becomes somewhat repetitive
